Joe Burchill has been working with retirement age adults for the past 24 years.  Joe was grandchild number 26 growing up and his grandparents were already in their 80’s when he was born.  Spending time with his grandparents was a high priority and since his early years he's been involved with older adults.

In ministry Joe has served as a staff pastor and denominational district administrator.  Early years of ministry included the opportunity to develop retirement age programs in each of the churches he served.  While serving for 16 years in the Western Pennsylvania District Office as the Director of Discipleship, over 3000 adults were involved in the district senior adult ministries which included mission trips, regional retreats, luncheons, mission projects, international and domestic travel, and motor coach tours.  Joe has traveled as a speaker and workshop leader in the area of retirement age adults.

A graduate of Toccoa Falls College, Toccoa Falls, GA and the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Joe has served on the planning team working with the former Primetime Conference.  In August of 2003, he joined the ministry staff at Life Impact Ministries which is a ministry arm of the National Church Ministries Division of The Christian and Missionary Alliance.  He and his wife Joy live in Lancaster, PA.  They have two teenage children, Beth and Nathan.
