The following rules are established for all district and international competitions:
A. All quizzers for district and international competition must be 12 to 18 years of age or still enrolled as a full-time high school student. Any teen who is married will be ineligible to quiz.
B. Once a home schooled quizzer receives their high school diploma they will be considered to have graduated and will be ineligible to quiz (except to finish out the post-season). They will also have to meet the age requirements above.
C. Each District may establish eligibility rules for team membership and specify the degree of involvement quizzers must have within a local Alliance church.
D. A team will be composed of five members: four starting quizzers and one substitute. These five may be changed during district and International Finals without unanimous approval of all officials and coaches.
E. Each team must have a coach and may also have an assistant coach. The international coach must be approved by his district office/committee.
F. In order to quiz at Internationals for a specific district the quizzer must reside in that district or in a bordering community. Their home church must be from the district in which they quiz. Any exceptions to this must be brought to the International Bible Quizzing Committee.
